I'm enjoying this series of posts, but it seems implicit that the teams either have had some training in Agile and/or the team is run by someone with very strong Agile experience and coached along the way.

In my current gig, neither is the case.

Good posts so far on ScrumBut!

I always try to tell people that the 0th law of Agile is: Inspect and Adapt. Find out _why_ things aren't working and adapt. For example, I'd want to take a closer look at why work "gets hung up during testing." Is it that there aren't enough testers? Too difficult to test? Unclear (or no) acceptance criteria? etc. Maybe testers need to ask that developers (or product owners) to make the stories easier to test.
